Oni is a friendly, kind girl, but she is often judged on her appearance and is hated because of it. She tries to help people whenever she can is actually quite jolly.
History
Oni was abandoned on Earth as a newborn, since neither her angel mother or demon father wanted her. She was taken in by an old couple, but thrown out as soon as he wings and horns started to grow. She lived on the streets and looked after herself until she happened across the school and joined.

I've changed it so she's half angel half human. Is that ok?

"I don't think taht killing is the best idea..." Oni mumbled from the side. She stepped up to them. "And besides, they'd probably think that we're monsters in Europe as well."

Oni stepped between the boy and Angel. She looked up at the girl and spread her wings menacingly. "If he doesn't want to go, he doesn't have to." She said, frowning.

Oni-Unmei wlaked through the halls, keeping her head down and making sure her hat stayed in place. She didn't want people to see her horns yet. Unfortunately, she was so busy keeping her head down, she walked into a boy carrying a grey canvas bag, and she fell over. She scrambled to pick up her hat while apologising over and over again.
"Sorry! Sorry!" She told him.

"Except they won't, anyone could know where you went, and it's not like they're going to kill everyone yet." Oni said, placing her hands on her hips and bringing herself up to full height. She glared at Angel.

Oni accepted the hand up and brushed herself off. She smiled at the boy. "Thank you, and sorry." She said. "I'm Oni-Unmei." She extended her hand for a handshake.

"still, if he doesn't want to go, he's not going." Oni told them, then turned around and started to push the boy away from them.

"No." Oni told him, sounding more confident than she felt. "My name is Oni-Unmei." She told him in a whisper.

"It's called having belief." Oni said to Kara, not turning to look at her. She closed her wings, the tips brushing the floor.

Oni smiled sweetly at him, her wings fluttering slightly and causing a light breeze around her.
"Over that way I think." She told him, pointing to the left.
She noticed the girl walking towards them and gave a slight wave, smiling sweetly.

"Some people like to believe that a benevolent God is looking out for them." She said to Kara. "The wars were just stupidity."

"Staying neutral or passive is the best course of action until your hand is forced." Oni said to Kara. She didn't like how she was acting, but better to discuss that later.

Sorry, the show doesn't explain the eye powers well. I hope this one is better?
